Use and Care Instructions

All of our nap mats are machine washable. We’ve found the best results come from washing in cool to warm water and tumble drying on low. This will prevent the colors from fading.

We wash ours with towels or sheets to avoid anything becoming snagged on the nap mat fabric. Drying the mats on high can sometimes cause lumps to form in the pillow fabric, and we all know that a lumpy pillow is not fun to sleep on.

If you’re really particular, you’ll wash the mat in Woolite with cold water and air dry. If you’re “just get it done” like Cristina, you’ll throw it in the machine with 40 pounds of kids clothing, dump some Tide in there, and hit the Colors button and hope for the best. Either way, washing your mat with care will ensure your child gets to enjoy it for many years to come.

For Marsupium nap mats, wash entire nap mat in a basic cotton pillowcase. This keeps the interior flannel from pilling, and makes for a longer lasting nap mat.
