Even though we do our best to make sure 100% of our customers are happy campers, sometimes things happen. You might not like the color of the product you received or decide you don’t need a nap mat, after all.

Our return policy is simple. If you don’t like your nap map, simply e-mail us or call and let us know within 30 days of receipt of your order. We charge a 5% restocking fee* for all items shipped from our warehouse (Kid Creations, KinderMat and Crafty Baby). We’ll issue you a return authorization number. Once the merchandise is received, we will issue you a credit for the purchase price minus the restocking fee and shipping. If you are e-mailing us for a return authorization, please include the date you ordered from us, the product you received, and the problem with the order.

Our only exception is for personalized items. Obviously, those may not be returned (unless it’s our mistake), but you may be able to find another child with the same name who wants your nap mat. Unless you’re like us and know someone who actually named their child “Meconium”. In that case, good luck.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on used items or items sold over 30 days prior to the return.

*Restocking fees for other brands vary depending on the manufacturer and can be as much as 25% on items custom-made to order. Please check with us prior to returning to ensure you have full knowledge of restocking fees, and please make sure to call us if you have questions on what to order to ensure you don't need to return something later.
