Order and Shipping Information
Once you place an order, you’re probably wondering what happens. So here’s the deal:

If the item is in stock, we will ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, we will ship Monday.

If the item is one of our custom-made products or is not in stock, please allow 1 – 4 weeks for delivery. Add an additional week for personalization. All the products have estimated ship times right below the price.

Your purchase will be shipped via Fedex or UPS, which is why we require a physical address. We only use USPS for smaller items.

How much am I going to pay for shipping?

We charge a $5 flat rate for shipping in the continental US. If it is outside of the US, we can give you a quote for shipping - just ask us. Most shipments to Canada cost between $20-$30, and are shipped using the USPS.

IMPORTANT:

If you do not fill in your correct billing information, your order will be delayed. For security purposes we use address verification software that matches your billing address to your credit card number.

Please note: We use Fedex or UPS for all shipping in the United States. They will leave the package at your doorstep if you are not home when they deliver. Once the package has been delivered to you, NapMatsAndMore.com is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the package in cases where the package is stolen or damaged. Insurance and refunds are only available if the package is damaged or misplaced DURING shipment.
