Q. Do you make these in adult sizes?
A. No, we don't make them in adult sizes, but you can find them in many stores. They are called sleeping bags :-)
Q. When will my order ship?
A. If we have your item in stock, we will ship within 48 hours. If we need to personalize it for you, please allow an additional 1-2 business days. Mats that are personalized by the manufacturers have lead times listed in the product descriptions.
Q. I'm in Richmond, Virginia, and I want to swing by and look at all your nap mats.
A. Sorry, at this time we do have retail storefront space. Our physical address is our corporate office. Our nap mats are housed in a warehouse, so other than our smiling faces, you won't see much.
Q. What if my order is not in stock?
A. We place orders every day. If you have ordered something we don’t have in stock, generally you will receive your product within 2 weeks. Please add an additional 1-2 days to that if requesting personalization.
Q. How much sales tax do you charge?
A. We do not charge sales tax unless we ship your item within the Commonwealth of Virginia. Our friends in Virginia pay 5% because the Commonwealth says so.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. We charge a flat $5 for shipping in the continental US. Shipping overseas or to Canada fluctuates, so contact us for a quote. Shipping to the non-contiguous US is usually around $20, but again, we can give you a specific quote.
Q. What if I want a special personalization, or I have a certain request?
A. We get requests all the time for various things. Feel free to ask us and we’ll see what we can do. You can also use the "comment" section when you place the order. We read them all.
Q. How do you get your children to eat their vegetables?
A. We don’t know. Please let us know if you find a way.
Q. What if I don’t like the nap mat I purchased from you?
A. Check the Returns page for detailed instructions, but in general, we’re nice people. We can’t believe you (or your child) won’t love your nap mat, but if not, you can send it back. No returns allowed on personalized items.
Q. How do I protect myself from identity theft or SPAM when purchasing on the internet?
A. Only buy from internet sites using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection. You will know this by the “padlock” or “key” that appears during the ordering portion. Make sure the website has a privacy policy, and don’t send credit card information via e-mail – ever. We’re proud to be secure, encrypted, and anal-retentive about our customers’ personal information.
Q. I’d like my child’s preschool/day care center to carry these nap mats. How can I work with you?
