Kari started her business in 2003. She was about to have her 2nd child and loved all the monogrammed baby items she received for gifts with her 1st child in 2002.
With a few tries, she decided she could "do this" and bought a fancy embroidery machine. She made their 2nd child all kinds of things while practicing how to sew and monogram.
Kari worked full time for 5 years as a Mechanical Engineer and switching gears to being a mother full-time was quite an adjustment. Kari needed something to do to keep her busy and her beautiful nap mats filled that huge need!
Kari is now a stay at home mom with 3 young kids (5, 4 and 13 months) ~ her husband just got out of the US Air Force after 10 years of service and they are now located just outside of Houston in Spring, TX.
