Everyone loves a tasty fried sausage, burger or even a chicken breast. Lots of our favorite foods taste just divine when cooked in a little oil.
But the last couple of decades has seen a backlash against what was once considered an everyday way of cooking – using either shallow or deep frying to produce crisp and crunchy food which was satisfying.

Modern air fryers can be quite large machines, but if you are equipping a commercial kitchen, this may not be a problem as you will have enough space available to fit in.Consistently good results are possible using one of the newest types of air fryers, so anyone who runs a business in which they want to produce occasional fried dishes but is not looking to make huge quantities of fried food will find one extremely useful, as well as economic.
